Surface Tension %Floating(Cumulative Values)

From these types of Values I want to plot first cumulative chart and then frequency histrogram, like one does for particle size distribution. Does anyone have idea how to do it. I am stuggling, it would be a great help for me.

I know little about plotting particle size distributions but this addon from the File Exchange might help...
