In which file is the worksheet template name defined which is loaded after origin has been launched?

If the Open/Close: Start New Project option is set to Origin Worksheet then the template file Origin.otw is opened at startup. To open another template you must modify the startup command line by using the -tw switch. See Help > Origin and Search for "-tw" for details.
