I must be blind or something, but how do I show the values in a graph such as the values in a stacked bar chart?

Use the Data Reader (fifth button on the Tools toolbar).

...If you mean to show the values on the graph itself you must duplicate the column you are plotting and set the duplicate column as Label. When plotting multiple columns the L column must appear immediately to the right of the corresponding Y column. (See below.) Select both Y and L columns when you create the graphs.
