An old topic, is there any developing plan at Mac os x? I now switch to MacBook and cannot find that kind of scientific software.

Or is there any substitute software at Mac like Origin so powerful?

I doubt that Origin for Mac will exist anytime soon. KaleidaGraph has a Mac version but I don't know how it compares with Origin.
