Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5
Operating System: XP

Hi

I am trying to perform a Hill fit on the data below, while constraint the curve to:

i. fit through (0,6.86E-10) at the beginning,

and

ii. fit through (1,0) at the end (minimum value of B(Y) is 0, basically)

The data:

A(X) B(Y)
0 6.86E-10
3E-8 5.92E-10
3E-7 4.19E-10
3E-6 9.46E-11
3E-5 2.86E-11
1 0

Would love to hear your suggestions, I am just starting with this program.

HI:

Since it is not able to use linear constraint for Hill function, I think you can't fit through (0,6.86E-10) and (1,0).

Personally speaking, do you think Hill function is a good model for your data? The X value change too much from 3E-5 to 1. I think you can transform X to log(X) and fit by Dose Response function.
