How can I fit a nonlinear curve exactly? I want to select weighted average and have a high confidence.

That's a book by itself. However, fitting is discussed at length in the Origin reference and tutorials...

See the Performing Nonlinear Regression multimedia tutorial here...
http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?s=9&lm=72

And on your Help menu...
Tutorials > Tutorial 11: Non-linear Curve Fitting
Origin > Analysis: Curve Fitting
