Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5
Operating System: Windows XP

Dear all,

I am analyzing dose-response curves. Therefore I have 6 dose levels with three repetitions at each level.

What I want to do, is to perform a NLSF fit, then check if a certain condition is met; if yes then stop the analysis, and if the condition is not met, mask (or omit) the 3 data points at the highest dose level and run the NLSF again. This procedure should be repeated until the condition is met or less then 3 dose levels remain for analysis.

Has anyone done something similar yet?

Thank you for any hints and suggestions. I have not yet started the C-code. I think the first step needs to be defining the dose level groups.

Hauli
