Operating System: Windows 2000
I am copying and pasting a graph page into a document. If I use "Tight" as the border control, an arrow object outside of the page area (white space) in the graph window appears upon pasting in the document (and the graph subsequently becomes very small.) But I can not find this arrow object in the graph window. Is there any way to locate "lost" objects in a graph window.
(I realize I can avoid the pasting problem by using the "Page" option for margin control, but this does not invalidate the question) |

Hi Brett:
This arrow must be an object you created before. You can move the object and delete it:
1. Active the graph window and type list -o in the command window. This will list all objects on the active window.
2. See whether there is an object named Arrow or Arrow1, or something similar.
3. Suppose there is a object named Arrow, typing arrow.x, Press Enter and arrow.y, Press Enter to see it's coordinates. Since you can't see the arrow on your graph, the value may be very small (or large).
4. Move the arrow to your current data range by: arrow.x=xValue and arrow.y=yValue.
5. When you can see the arrow, delete it.

You can also remove the arrow with label -r arrow even if you don't see it.
