The best you can do is to distribute the code as preprocessed Origin C files (*.OP). OriginPro users will be able to read them but Origin standard users will not.

Help> Programming> Programming Guide> Programming in Origin C> Compiling, Linking and Loading> An Overview of the Build Process

Hi,

If you have OriginPro, you can do encryption and distribute just the OP file and then end user cannot see your code. If you make OP file in OriginPro, it is encrypted by default.

See the section "Encrypting Files for Distribution with OriginPro" under Programming Help area for more details on controlling the creation and encryption of OP files.
