Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5 SR1
Operating System: Windows Vista (Ultimate)

Hi, I'm slightly embarrassed to ask such a stupid question but I have just begun using origin and was going through the programming tutorial, however can't even complete the basic "Hello World" section, as I get the error:
Linking...
C:\Program Files\OriginLab\OriginPro75\OriginC\originlab\sys_utils.c(742) :Error, cannot find DLL @OUTL for external function
Linking Failed!

I tried the next tutorial as well (creating a user defined function) with the same error.

my eventual goal is to take 500 columns (a1,b1,a2,b2) ext. and plot a vs b in every case...but first things first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if this is the incorrect place to post (all other questions here seem much more advanced) can I be directed to the proper place.

Thank you,
Steve.
