Hi,I have a question regarding how the PFM is reporting the results.
I want, after fiting a peak with 1 lorentz + 1 gaussian for example, to determine the area of these 2 peaks as a percentage from the fit.
What I should use: the AreaFitTP or AreaIntgP?
Thanks

Since the AreaFitTP is integrate to find the area between the peak function and the baseline using the parameter values obtained from the fit. The integration is performed within the data range only.
While the AreaIntgP is integrate to find the area between the peak data and the baseline. The result is expressed as a percent of the total area.
So I think you should use AreaFitTP.
And you can get the details of PFM by clicking the Help button on the PFM dialog box.

Thanks
