I hope that someone would be able to help me.
I have to fit ESR spectra, and I did most of it good with differential Lorentzians and linear background. But on two graphs the central line with the linear part doesn't fit well. I put 3 differential Lorentzians for the peak, but the linear part still doesn't agree. So I extracted data and plotted central line with the linear part, but when I want to fit that new graph, message box pops up:

Error: Too few data points, or data step is too big.

I am asking, why I can't fit that graph, it has 400 data points, and how should I do it?

Thank you very much Deanna,

I will send my project immediately to the email address you gave me.. I need to have these results for the poster that would be presented at the conference in Wagga Wagga, Australia, as a part of my PhD project, so I am very happy that you offered to help me.

Best regards,

Natasa
