Origin Version: 7.0 SR4
Operating System: XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2

Everytime I try to save a template file, Origin dialog defaults to the following hidden path:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\OriginLab\Origin7E\User Files

However, I always keep all of my user-defined templates in the Origin folder:

C:\Program Files\OriginLab\Origin70

How do I save templates in this folder without having to manually navigate the file dialog between these two folders each time? The File Locations dialog under Tools>Options does not seem to provide any option for this. I have Track changes checked, but the path I navigate to is not remembered when I go to save another template in the same session, or after closing and restarting Origin.

Normally, the Save Template as dialog reads where the template came from before opening. You can see this if you hold down the SHIFT+CTRL keys while selecting File : Save Template As from the menu.

The Tools : Option dialog does not list the Template properties in File Locations. You can see these and edit them (carefully) if you exit Origin and open the ORIGIN.INI file. Of course if you launch Origin with command line option -i this ini file could be under a different name in a different location.
