I have origin7.5 and I can not run the OPatchE75Sr2 and OPatchE75Sr2 when I tried to run it the following message appeared:
old file does not exist
please help me

Are you saying it does not run at all or just that you see that message?
What does Help : About Origin say you are running?

You will get a message 'old file not found' if you have modified a file that the patch is attempting to update. This is normal, see here
