Hi! I have been using origin6.1 in my Windows XP PC. When i installed origin 6.1 in my Vista home premium laptop it worked for some time and suddenly started saying origin 6.1 has stopped working. Now re installing the software is also not solving the problem. Can i use the same software with Vista? or else I need to have some kind of update with this or need to buy a new origin?

Hi Sonal,

Origin 6.1 can be used on Windows Vista. If you cannot use it, it may be due to license problems. Please contact your provider or fill this form in our website:
http://www.originlab.com/www/company/qform.aspx?s=1&
Please tell us if there are any dialogs pop up at your Origin startup. The messages you see could be helpful to conclude what the problem is.
