Greetings,

i am quite new at this forum, as I am to Origin. Therefore I stand quite fast towards my first problem which even after some days of try I was unable to solve.

The problem appears to be quite difficult to explain, despite I give my best ;)

1. We got a titration curve created with Origin for a photometric speciation.

2. According to the titration we got now several points within our coordinate system. After the application of the Boltzman-compensation we got a "clean" titration curve.

3. The next attemp is to make the evaluation by the tangents method. In this case according to the instructions we shall position parallel set tangents above and below of the inflection point

The question is: how can the tangents being realized in Origin , including the in the image included normal ?
