Help subtracting reference data!

I need to plot delta-rho, or the difference in rho for different samples from a reference sample. I tried to just plot and then subtract the reference data, but it does this by INDEX not by temperature value. Since the temperature recordings for the various samples do not start/end at the same place nor change at the same rate, I can't just use subtract_ref. Is there anything I can do to "line up" different temperatures or take the average between two temperatures that are within certain values of each other?

Help! Thanks

Hi, in this case, "interpolation" does help you "line up" different temperatures.

Thank you! That seems to have done the trick.
