Origin Version : Origin pro 7.0 sr4, version 7E, [V7.0552 (B552)]
Operating System: XP SP3

I'm using Origin Pro 7, SR4. Origin does not execute after installing Window XP Service Pack 3. When I click the Origin icon, it disappears after showing the first screen. The first screen means that you can see the screen when Origin executes normally.

Could you help me?

This problem could be due to an incompatibility between Origin and your computer's default printer driver.

Please download and save the updated DLL provided in this kbase item:
