Hi, javiers
In Origin, there is no built-in gamma function in Curve Fitting, but Origin provides a general gamma function like this.
http://www.originlab.com/www/helponline/origin8/en/appendix_3_functions/script_accessible_functions/gamma_gamma_function.htm
With this funtion, we can create a user defined function by User Defined Function Organizer.
To know more details about User Defined Fitting Function, please see this webpage.
http://www.originlab.com/www/helponline/origin8/en/mergedProjects/Tutorial/Tutorial/User_Defined_Fitting_Function_using_OC.html
For example, we want to do Curve Fitting with this Function y=A*gamma(x), where A is the Parameter.
You can select Tools: Fitting Function Organizer to bring up a dialog box, and set like below.
When you finish create user defined fitting function, you can access it like other built in function.
