How could I make a graph like the following?
I have a matrix of values and I can make a wire frame and contour plot, now I want to put them together.

You can try the following steps:

1) Select "Format:Plot" menu to show the Plot Details dialog
2) Select "3D Colormap Surface" for Plot Type at the bottom of the dialog
3) Select "Surface/Projection" tab in the right panel of the dialog, and turn ON the checkboxes for the Bottom Contour
