Origin Ver 7.0, XP

I study the transport kinetic of the intestinal epithelium. My result quite similar to the others that they analyzed and fitted the results with Michaelis-Menten plus linear component.

I very young in the research and in this software. How can I analyzing and fitting the results with Michaelis-Menten plus linear component.

Basic equation ...
Independent : S
Dependent : V
Parameters : Vmax, Km
Definition : V = (Vmax * S) / (Km + S)

Not sure how you want to add linear component, but here is an example ..
Independent : S
Dependent : V
Parameters : Vmax, Km, offset, scale
Definition : V = offset + scale * ((Vmax * S) / (Km + S))

Follow the steps in the Help file to create the fitting function.

Thanks,

But I already done by myself.

Equation is V = (Vmax*S) / (Km + S) + m*S

m is slope of linear component

My results showed the curvilinear function (hyperbola+linear function) of transport rate of the intestinal epithelium and substrate concentration.

So, the intestinal epithelium transport this substrate via both active (Saturable or hyperbola function) and passive (Non-saturable/linear function) mechanisms.
