Origin Ver. 8.1 demo version and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: XP

Hi,
I want to make a column graph and have a problem with the scaling of the x-axis. I hope I can describe it properly.
If I plot my data then the first value for the x-axis is at the crossing with the y-axis. As I have three columns for each x-value (three graphs)I can not see the left one of the three that belong to the first x-value.
Is there a possibility to tell origin where the Y-axis should cut the x-axis?
Thanks Julia

Hi Julia,

The simplest way is to click on the Graph menu and select "Rescale to Show All", this will correct the cut off of the column.

Alternatively, you can double-click on the X Axis and adjust the "From" or starting value to zero or a smaller number than one (1).

Hope this solves it!
