How to perform multifactorial Anova?

How can I perforam a multifactorial ANOVA to finde main effects
in that data?
eg find main effects with Factor A
Faktor A 1 2 Faktor B 1 x x 2 x x

Dear 19102208,
If your data is constructed in the following way,
you can import them into a matrix, like the image below:
then convert this matrix to a worksheet (by selecting
Matrix: Convert to Worksheet
from the main menu):
Then you can perform a two-way ANOVA by selecting
Statistics: ANOVA: Two-Way ANOVA
from the main menu:

Thanks. Is it also possible to use three or more factors or is this limited to two factors?

Origin supports one-way and two-way ANOVA only.
