Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

Dear Friends,
I am rather new to the use of Origin, so this may be a very nave question. I would appreciate advice on creating an efficient procedure for implementing it.

I am recording spontaneous calcium activity and I would like to count spontaneous calcium activity transient peaks/min or sec. I would like to count it automatically like mini analysis did for patch clamp data. Here I would like to count it for several cells traces at a time and I was wondering if there is procedure to do it using Origin.

Also, i have Origin 6.1 and i heard that newer version have peak analyser but not sure if this module can do the job.

Many thanks for your help,
Manoj

Hi Manoj,

Please send sample data files or an Origin project with the data in it, to tech support. We can then look at the data and suggest what is the best way to create a procedure.

Please see this page on how to send data to us:

Thanks,
