Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8 SR0 v8.0724 (B724) Operating System: Windows XP
Hello,
I also had a concern with copying images onto my graphs. I highlighted an equation from wikipedia and copied the image and tried to paste it onto a graph, but it pasted the image highlighted.
If you could tell me how to avoid this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Basheer,
It seems some of formulas on a Wikipedia have the inherent problem. See the attached screenshot. The left part shows the page in my browser (IE or Firefox), and the right part shows the copy-and-pasted result on MS Paint window from the browser. (If you save the formula image to a file, I haven't had such problem.)
Not sure the exact nature of this issue, but it seems not of Origin.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. It works perfectly with the IMPORT: IMPORT IMAGE command.

Hi Basheer,
You're welcome! By the way, since ver.8.1, the menu to add image objects to a graph has been changed to "File> Import> Insert Image From Files" as "Import Image" menu now imports the data into a matrix.
