  Two questions:
I would like to zoom in on a portion of a graph, copy it and then make it an inset on the original graph. I could do this by making two separate graphs, then using a second layer to make the zoomed in portion an inset - but is there a simpler way?
  2. When I zoom in on a graph, then zoom out, the graph is not positioned in the same way in the window, i.e., there is (grey) space at the top of the window. How do I move it back to where it was? |

                       Hi jwrudn,
Have you tried the "Zoom Graph" ("Plot> Specialized> Zoom" menu)? In this graph, you can move/resize the Region Of Interest(ROI) box in the upper layer to show the zoomed portion below.

                       Hideo,
Thanks. I should have searched the HELP more diligently, but thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Yet another nice feature of ORIGIN that I wasnt taking advantage of. |
