Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 6.0
Operating System: Windows Vista

I have an existing with 7 rows and a graph produced from that dataset. I want to add a new line to the set, so I will have 8 rows, and meanwhile I want to update the existing graph without constructing a new graph from scratch. How can I do this, is there any way to make graphs automatically recognize new entries in their datasets?

Thanks

sorry about reposting this, the first sentence should be;

"I have an existing dataset with 7 rows and a graph produced from that dataset."

Hi,
Origin always maintains the plot consistent to the data in the source column, unless it was plotted with a specific range. (But, old Origin such as your ver.6 doesn't have the concept of range-specific plotting.)
