I try to convert my XYZ data into a matrix, and when it's the time to make the Convert To Matrix Command....Origin show this message
"Error of inversing matrix". Why ? And how can I resolve this error ?

Without seeing your data and not knowing which conversion process you are trying, I can't say what the problem is.

When you have a data specific problem like this, you should be contacting Tech support and sending us the data.
