Hi!
I have created my own FDF file with the function : y=a(1-x/c)^2b where I give to a and c standard values, x independent variable and I want to calculate b. The code function and the fdf file is saved but I can't do the fitting! Any ideas on how to fix it??
thanks
Ioanna

Hi bakaimi,

Have you put * for multiplication like :
  y=a*(1-x/c)^(2*b)

2*b is ambiguous, so I put it in a pair of parentheses, though this might be different from what you intended.
