Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8 SR0
Operating System: Windows 7

I created a 3D graph on origin 8, following all the steps, converting the data to matrix (XYZ gridding). The problem is in the values in the XYZ axis, they are different from what should be. For example, the X axis should be from 13 to 29, but it shows from 1 to 10. How can I fix it?

Please select Matrix:Set Dimensions. In the dialog that opens you can set the X and Y coordinate values.

Thank you, it worked just fine!

But I was expecting an automatic way to do this or a bug fix.
I'll always have to get the lowest and highest values to set the values of XY coordinates everytime I need to plot a 3D graph.

Hi,

This works correctly in latest version 8.6, you can download the demo and try. Perhaps it was a bug in 8 SR0 which was addressed later.

Are you saying that you have XYZ data and you choose Worksheet:Convert to Matrix:XYZ Gridding? I tried this in 8 SR6 and it worked. You could try selecting Help:Check for Updates to get the latest updates for Origin 8.
