I have raw data that is hyperbolic. In order to fit the data to the model, the x-axis values need to be floated to new x-axis values with a quadratic dependence on the original data set. Is there a way to have Origin iteratively solve 1) the fit to the hyperlola, then take the binding constant to solve a quadratic for each x-value, then re-plot the original y-data with the new x-values, and repeat?

Is this clear?

Hi Sean,

This can most likely be done with a user-defined fitting function. However, we would need more information, and from what I understand you are already in contact with someone here in our technical support department regarding this.
