If in a Origin project I am using two or more MOCA DLL, the MOCAentry value in the file.def must it be different for each MOCA DLL

No, they should have the same value. Origin expects MOCA DLLs to use a specific value. Origin will take care of calling the correct DLL based on the object name mapped to the DLL.
