Is it possible to calculate main effects and interaction effects (Anova) with Origin? If so, how?

Sorry, version 6 only has one way ANOVA and no interactions.

Sorry, the version number was a typo.
Correct is version 8, not 6.

Two Way ANOVA in 8.0 supports Interactions in addition to 'main effects'.
