Two-way repeated measures is very limited in its usefulness. Most of my experiments don't have a "balanced design" because the two measures (for example, drug treatment and time) don't really vary in concert with each other; there may be three drug conditions and six time points at which measurements are taken. It is extremely rare when both factors have the same number of groups. Is there any hope that the 2-way repeated measures ANOVA in Origin will soon be able to handle such data, or is this never going to happen? Sigmaplot seems to be able to handle such data easily, but I prefer Origin for many other reasons. |
