Origin Licensing is based on the computer so while you might be able to install Origin on a USB drive, you will only be able to get one license and that is for the computer you are connected to at the time of licensing.
We sell a dongle version of the license where you can install Origin on as many computers as you like. The dongle is a USB stick with the license file. So you can walk around with an Origin License on a USB device, but you cannot walk around with a Licensed Origin on a USB.
