Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:
Dear all,
I am a beginner Origin Pro user.
I watched the tutorials for Fit Multiple Dataset, Fitting Replicate Data and Fit comparison.
However, I got two (or three) treatments/dataset which of one has replicates.
With other softwares, I am used to obtain the relevant parameters for each curve, and then analyze them with suitable statistical test.

Does Origin pro have any smarter procedure to compare the fittings of different treatments, with replicates?
Regards

Hi Pasquale,

Thank you for choosing Origin.

I think you can do pretty much the same thing with Origin as you mentioned. Fit replicate data for each dataset, and do fit comparison directly after that. No need to obtain parameters. Once you get familiar with Origin, these options will be as easy as a few clicks.

Besides, there are indeed quite a few smarter procedures like creating analysis template for repetitive analysis, and for Batch Processing which repeats analysis for multiple data files. There are video tutorials for each of them.

I hope these are useful to you. If not, please email your data to tech@originlab.com including what you expect to do. I'd like to help you setup a best way to do that.

All the best,

Meili
