Hi,
I have gone through how origin is plotting box and whisker plot. Can we plot multiple box and whisker plots. Suppose I have 4 different data sets I want to plot without overlapping , like we plot multiple line and scatter plot can we plot as in image

Hi Gracy,

What you are looking for is what we called Grouped box chart. We added Grouped Box Chart and many other box chart improvements in 9.1, which we just released. You can look at this page for more info.

With 9.1, you can easily plot 2 datasets with grouping info (R1, R2, ....) and then plot another 2 datasets with grouping info. Then merge the two graph windows as a 2 panel graphs.
