Operating System: Vista 64bit
Hey,
Small question. Does the parameter A from the basic gaussian fit have the background subtracted?

Y offset (y0) is built in to the Gauss function and the A parameter is always relative to this value. So you can add whatever value you want to the raw Y values and the A value will be the same.
