Origin Ver. and Service Release: OriginPro 8.5.0 SR1
Operating System: Windows XP Sp3

Origin cannot display tick labels on axes (see the picture attached).

I experienced this problem after a system freeze while I was using another program (engauge digitizer,http://digitizer.sourceforge.net/) and I had to force shutdown (origin was running in the background).

I tried to reinstall the program, but the problem persisted.
I also tried an older version (OriginPro 7.5): this time plots are displayed correctly.

How can I solve the problem?

Hello,

Could you check Help: About Origin and see if there is remaining time showing? If it's negative value maybe Origin has expired?

You could license Origin again and see if it still happens?

Or you could email tech@originlab.com with your SN with detailed info.
