Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Operating System:
Hello, I guess if in upcoming origin versions if UNDO will be included it would be much time saving and convenient. Although it might take more space, but will definitely improve performance.
Pardon me if it is already there , I didnt see that.I am eagerly waiting for same to come.
Thanks |

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion.
Some of the operations support UNDO in current version, you can try using CTRL+Z from keyboard or from menu Edit: Undo. If the operation does not support UNDO, the menu will display as Cannot undo.

Hi, Thanks for reply , yes few things we can undo but we cant completely undo all the things, some times it very necessary to play with the data, origin is good in most of the respect this is the only one thing which annoys sometimes.
Thanks for reply. |

Another option, when performing an action that you've never done before (or that will have consequences), is to save your project first, then take the action. If the action isn't the result you'd like, just close and reopen the project.
It never hurts to save your work every few minutes.
If you have an important project that you're afraid to mess up, just make a copy of the project and play with the copy.
