Every time I try to edit an Origin graph in a PowerPoint file, my legends (x-axis)turn into "?$OP:A=1". I have to go into my original origin file to edit it which is a big hassle. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Could you check Help: About Origin and let us know your version and build number?

Before you paste it to Word, is the text in Graph already gibberish?
Also if you double click the graph to open the graph in Origin, is the text gibberish?

Usually such text is results from some fitting, or analysis results and if they are used in graph, they are actually links to some result columns or sheets.

Or if possible, could you send your PPT and associated opj to tech@originlab.com so we could look into it?

Thanks, Snow
