Hi,

I search and found the equation in wiki.

If this is what you want, you can calculate the first and second derivative values with our differentiate tool and use Set Column Value dialog to calculate the radius of curvature values according to the equation.

It seems that your data needs to be applied some sort of smoothing before calculating the curvature.
