Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2015 Evaluation version.
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 plots, experimental and theoretical. The theoretical plot is obtained through a user-defined function. I want to do some normalization stuff and baseline overlap for these 2 plots, so that they will match each other in amplitude. After the peaks get matched for both plots, I want to find FWHM for theoretical plot. Can I implement the entire process using a single Origin code? I am new to origin coding, so need help from basics of writing and compiling it.

Thanks in advance,
Siva.
