Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:I am trying to solve the equation in Origin 8 Pro. The equation is
N= N1*b1*P/1+b1*P+N2*b2*P/1+b2P
But I am getting the following message"You may have over parameterized the fitting function. Fixing one of them may eliminate this problem". Please help me in solving this problem.

Hi,

Like the error msg said, your parameters are highly coupling and the fitting process cannot find the right direction to begin with.
Please provide some good initial values, parameter boundaries and try again.
And you might also need to fix/unfix parameters in order to get a fit.

If you need further help, please send your data to <tech@originlab.com>.
