Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.2
Operating System:Windows 8.1

Dear friends,
I am trying to fit a part of my data to a circle but after the fitting, only a part of the circle appears, as shown in the attached picture. I want to extend the fitting to intersect the X-axis. I have tried to change the range of fitted curve from data selection but the same problem exists.

Thanks much

Hello,

May I ask that which function is used in this fitting?

You can send the fdf file (if user defined fitting function is used) and the OPJ file to tech@originlab.com for us to make a further check.

Best regards!

Thanks much.
I am using non-linear implicit curve fitting to fit a part of my curve to a circle.

Hello,

You can adjust the range of Y in Fitted Curve page, and then click the rescale button in preview window to see the fitted curve in the defined range.

Best regards!
