Origin Pro2015 SR2 Win9 32bit & Win10 64bit
Hi,
My scale bars all get reset to the default settings when I switch between computers with Win9 32bit & Win10 64bit. Does anyone know what causes this and how to stop it?
thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter,

So you want install Origin in another PC with different system and keep some customized settings? You need share the files in the user file folder.
Please run
CD 1

in the Command window to get the full path of User Files folder. And then copy and paste all files under this folder from previous Origin to new-installed Origin.

If still problem, please tell me more details with some screenshots.

Thanks,
Shirley

Hi Shirley,
After copying the user files the problem is now fixed. I already had Origin installed on both computers. I have now updated both to Origin 2016 (b9.3.226) and imported several user files so they are identical on both computers.
thanks very much for your help.
regards,
Peter
