Good Morning and Merry Christmas!

I've acquired a graph from a DSC technique and I'm trying to evaluate the area under the peaks. I've used gadgets->integrate as well as the peak analyzer but I can't get it right. It keeps evaluating the area of the peak but also that of the rectangle below.Any ideas? Thanks!
