Hi
Why happened so that sometimes program calculated negative hidden peaks, also then when are allowed only positive. What can I do to get only positive calculation.

Hi Laurson,
If to search peaks, in the Peak Analyzer dialog and at Find Peaks page, there is option of Direction where you can set to find positive peaks only, see below:

If to fit peaks, also in Peak Analyzer tool and at Fit Peaks (Pro) page, click on Fit Control button on the bottom then it opens a Peak Fit Parameters dialog to play with fitting including parameters.
To fit with positive peaks, just apply a lower boundary on the area parameter, e.g. A__1>0. From there you can right click on that row, and choose Apply Same Bounds to All A, see below image.
