I need to fit my data with a function which contains the zeroth Bessel function. How I can do that? How do I write it?

Thanks.

Hi,

If you have Origin version 7, you can create user-defined functions using Origin C and then you can use the NAG numerical library included in the product, to call and use special math functions such as the zeroth order Bessel function.

If you are using a version prior to 7, there are still many special math functions accesible via LabTalk script, and the zeroth order Bessel function is one of them.

You should look in the documentation on how to create a user-defined fitting function. For further help, post here or contact your local tech support office with details.
