Hi,
I would like to know the detailed mathematical procedure for FFT
smoothing. The Origin´s manual gives little information on this.
Thanks in advance.
Ricardo.

Hi Ricardo
have a look at the "Handbook of mathematics" by Bronstein and Semendajev
Or a more practical working introduction:
http://www.neurotraces.com/scilab/scilab2/node52.html
The rest of the tutorial is very interesting too!

Hello Hans
Thanks for the hints.
I will have a look at the handbook you suggested. The scilab tutorial
does not say anything about FFT smoothing or the parabolic function
used to do that but it is very interesting.
Thanks again
Ricardo.
